Bird's Eye View
This is what the eagles see when they fly over. For some reason google maps and google earth (green arrow) has the streets in Douglas off by one street thus the RED arrow that correctly identifies the "pier house."

And you happened to choose a place on pretty much flat roads all the way to town, so you could even do that 5-minute commute on your bike, Tim! Or a rowboat, as your office is just about waterfront on the other side! I know the house and neighborhood, I am thrilled for you! Lill
