Coasst Survey - Blue Skys - 30 mph gusts

Fact: you often have blue skys when the wind blows at gusts of 30 mph.
It was cold.
At least it wasn't raining or snowing.
With those winds when it rains or snows the droplets hurt.
No dead birds found.
